AI-tuned · this weekFrontload fractions before science labs
Priority · 19 students are entering measurement labs without a stable grip on halves and quarters. A 15-minute warm-up on Mon/Wed would compound across both subjects.
Shift writing prompts to verbal-first
Priority · 2The class's spoken vocabulary is ~1.2 grade levels ahead of their written output. Speech-to-text drafts before written work would close the gap faster than direct grammar drills.
Keep the read-aloud habit — it's working
MaintainReading is the class's bright spot. Read-aloud minutes have correlated +0.4 grade levels in comprehension. Don't cut it for time.

Each student picks a book; the game tracks reading-aloud progress and assignment completion. You see where they really are.
Students can pick from the library
Library has 240 leveled books. Lock the list per group if you want curated picks only.
Assignment control panel
One list of everything students can see — My Quest questions and Assignment Library assignments. Sort or filter by any column (incl. Source), then toggle items off to hide them: a My Quest question leaves every student's practice set; an Assignment Library item is hidden from the students it's assigned to.
🤖 Scout chatbot
The student's AI helper button. Turn it off to disable it on every student's screen — their Scout button turns orange while it's off.
💡 Copilot — your assistant
Your own recommendation chatbot (the floating button on your dashboard). Turn it off to hide it from your screen.
Audit log
Every meaningful action is logged for transparency and accountability. Teacher actions and student actions are kept in separate views — both visible to you only.
Students' tablet
Pick a student to see their tablet — robot & mission progress, the codes in each folder, the sentences they wrote, and their papers. Updates live as the student works (same browser).
Class whiteboard
Type a note for the class, or switch to the drawing board (Problem Projector) for handwriting, diagrams, and TV present mode.
Pushed & saved
Attendance
Mark each student Present, Absent, Tardy, or Excused, add a short note, then save — records flow to each family's Parent Communication page.
✓ Attendance saved.
Attendance log
Every saved attendance record, across all students and dates. Filter and sort to find what you need.
Parent communication
Leave notes for a student's parent or guardian and read what they've sent you. Asynchronous notes only — not a live chat — and every note is logged.
📍 In this preview, notes sync on this device only — a shared parent inbox arrives with the backend.
Behavior note
Log a conduct observation for the selected student. A spot on the spectrum and a comment are required; it's shared with the family.

Custom assignments
Describe the lesson or mini-classroom you want and your assistant drafts a ready-to-push assignment. You review every draft before it goes live — saved drafts flow into assignment tracking, performance reporting, and the mind maps automatically.
